I would like to know how I can get my pdf displaying as 2 pages instead of only 1.
Your demo version has it as 2 pages?
I have not selected the force 1 page view.

Thank you for your message.
Flipbook is responsive, so it fits the width of the containing element. In our demo containing element is big enough to contain two page side by side.
When width is lower than 800px flipbook will be forced to 1 page layout.
