Uploading large pdfs on the plugin interface is time consuming. Can I ftp upload all my pdfs and add them later to the plugin interface? Thanks.

Hello,
Yes, you can.
First you should upload files to some FTP folder on your server.
Then import those files to the media library (with help of the https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/add-from-server/ plugin for example).
Then select PDF files from the media library on the PDF import page of the PDF Light Viewer plugin.
Our plugin also has CLI interface for batch import.
