Hello Wouter, could you please give me more info about what wordpress version and what plugins and theme do you use along with PDF Light Viewer? Also do you use the most recent version of the PDF Light Viewer? Unfortunately, we’ve never faced this issue before so more info could be useful for narrowing down the reasons.

Sorry for the that, your thread is still there https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/q/dashboard-dissappeared/ – we faced some issue with support forum plugin update.
Could you please update to the 1.3.3 version. It contains bugfixes which may fix the issue you have. Please let me know results.
