Please describe what steps did you take to import PDF.
Usually import process takes four simple steps:
– you click “Import PDF” in the admin menu
– then check checkbox “Enable import” at the top
– then “Add or Upload file”
– then click “Save”.
After that you should see notification, that the import has been started (or the error will occur in some cases).
In some cases additional errors could be found in the site’s log files. If you not sure where can you find error log of your site, try to follow our tip: https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/dwkb/error_log/
