I cannot use the pdf light viewer, I have the following errors:

"ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick PHP Extension is not loaded" (although the extension had been added on the php.ini file as extension=imagick.so )

"Imagick or Gmagick PHP Wrapper is not supported", " Imagick or Gmagick PDF Support is not enabled" I am using siteground hosting, php 7.3, on info.php i have imagick module version 3.4.3RC1

Server Info:

os -> Linux giow1053.siteground.us 3.12.18-clouder0 #1 SMP Tue Oct 9 18:14:47 EEST 2018 x86_64

php -> 7.3.18

mysql -> 5.7.25-28-log

wordpress -> 5.4.1

Theme

GeneratePress Child, 0.1,

on pdf preview I get this error: [pdf-light-viewer] shortcode cannot be rendered due to the error: No converted pages found.

Please advice what to do!!!!!!!

Hello Elizabeth, we received at least about 5 reports from SiteGround users with the same issue. Unfortunately we have no explanation why it doesn’t work there so far. But I could propose you a free copy of Serverless Addon ( https://pdf-light-viewer.wp.teamlead.pw/serverless/ ). It doesn’t require ImageMagick or GhostScript so should work fine on SiteGround. If you want to give it a try just email us on support@teamlead.pw with a reference to this ticket.
