I can't import PDFs

Hi
When I enable import, select a PDF and click Publish, utterly nothing happens. The Import Status field stays at zero %.
What can I be missing?
The documentation says it just works, but it just doesn’t 🙂

Hello JWB, please check PDF Light Viewer plugin logs in the /wp-content/pdf-light-viewer-logs/ directory. Share with me any errors from the logs or simply send them to support@teamlead.pw. Also please check server error logs (for cPanel for example you could find them with the following tutorial http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/stats-logging/how-to-view-cpanel-error-logs ). Also please let me know are the all requirements met. You can check requirements status on the plugin’s settings page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pdf-light-viewer
