The Imagick module is enabled and PDF support is included 
But I am still getting the error messages below:

  •  ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick PHP Extension is not loaded 
  •  Imagick or Gmagick PHP Wrapper is not supported 
  •  Imagick or Gmagick PDF Support is not enabled
