Hello,
We’ve been able to convert PDF’s up until now and are getting this error thrown back: Import process failed due to the unknown error. Also at the bottom of the edit page we see this: [pdf-light-viewer] shortcode cannot be rendered due to the error: No converted pages found.
If PDF has been already converted, then probably there were some errors during the import. Please check plugin error log on the settings page and your site error log for errors.
There are no plugin logs, this is the first time we are seeing these errors. Let me know what else is needed to troubleshoot. Thanks.

Hello @TWC, usually if there’s some error during the PDF import, it should be logged in the server’s error log. We need to know the exact error to understand and solve the issue you have. You may read more in our docs https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/dwkb/500-server-error/ if you not sure where to search for the actual errors. Please do not share error logs on the forum as they may contain sensitive server data. Also please let me know versions of WordPress, ImageMagick, GhostScript, PDF Light Viewer plugin(s) you have (you may share it here or send in the email to support@teamlead.pw). You can also send PDF file example to us so we could check if it could be imported on our side. If the file is too big, then alternatively you could try to import it via the Command Line Interface (CLI) – more info https://pdf-light-viewer.wp.teamlead.pw/wp-content/plugins/pdf-light-viewer/documentation/index.html#advanced
