It seems this plugin will not import my pdf’s anymore. I used it successfully back in October, but I need to upload new catalog pdfs. The pdf is on the server, but it just never converts/imports. The client has even upgraded their hosting account and it did not make a difference. Please help, I need to get this done asap. As I said, it worked great once before.

Hello Adam, probably the issue could be in Imagemagick or Ghostscript libraries, which are installed on the server. If the versions of the mentioned libraries are old, then probably they don’t support new PDF formats. For example we’re using ImageMagick 6.9.7 and GhostScript 9.21. So far we didn’t receive any PDF, which we couldn’t convert. Please let me know what versions do you have (you can check them on the PDF Light Viewer settings page – /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pdf-light-viewer )
