Hello, no special format required. For example this one ( https://investor.google.com/pdf/20141231_google_10K.pdf ) is imported on our side. Could you please describe your issue more detailed. By “not upload” you mean “not uploaded” or “not imported”?

Also please make sure you’re checking “Enable import” checkbox before start of the import process.

I have ticked “Enable Import” and still this does not progress the upload % on the home screen.I have tried multiple PDF files, all pre requirements are met as well.Please help.
