I have managed to load ImageMagick but when I import a pdf file the plugin says “[pdf-light-viewer] shortcode cannot be rendered due to the error: No converted pages found.” It also does not create a log file – please help!!

Hello Jay,

Could you please add more details. The following information would be helpful:
– screenshot of the plugin’s settings page or just a list with requirements
– error log on the plugin’s settings page
– error_log of your server

Also if possible please describe the steps which you’ve taken to import.

If possible you can also send me some temporary access to the your site to support@teamlead.pw so I could check the issue by myself.
