Dear Sir/Madam,
Is there any restriction to the PDF file that to be imported? I have a PDF file, no matter I upload the file via Media first or directly upload the file via the import PDF, it cannot be imported properly. There is no problem with other PDF files.

Hello Kelvin,
The plugin has no restrictions for PDF files.
Probably it could be related to the issue https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/q/exception-imagickexception-with-message-pdfdelegatefailed/
If so, this issue could appear in situation, when you are trying to import newly created PDFs with old versions of Ghostscript library.
