Hi there,
I’m trying to import a PDF with the plugin but it doesn’t look is working. There isn’t any error in the site error log. And in the console it doesn’t show anything. The usage of the table in the PDF show this:
“You have not yet converted the PDF. Note: it normally takes just 60 to 90 seconds for the conversion of small PDF file after submission. Thank you for your patience!”
But after a couple of hours the import status is still “unknown 0%”.
What am I doing wrong? Is there any problem with the plugin? Can you help me with this please?

Hello Sergio, please check our Simple How ( https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/dwkb/simple-upload-how-to/ ). Could you please confirm you make the same steps to import PDF? Thank you
