HI, I’ve imported files and then made sure the check box to add or import was checked.
It does not do any processing and I noticed that another person had this instance. I am trying to convert a 2mb pdf file that does work on issuu.com

Hello Mark, to help us debug this issue, could you please (if possible) share PDF file for tests. Also please check and share plugin’s log files (saved to the /wp-content/pdf-light-viewer-logs/ folder on your server) so we could see what happened there. If possible, please send us PHP error_log file to support@teamlead.pw. Looking forward to help you with this issue

PDF Light Viewer plugin uses software and environment of your server and issuu.com use their own, so that’s why PDF worked on issuu.com
