Can't working with the PDF

I have already bought PDF-light-viewer-pro not can not use it.  please tell me what is problem with it?

Hello Kevin,

Please describe what steps did you take to import PDF. If possible, you can also share some screenshots or temporary access with me so I can test it by myself on your site. If no, then no problem.
 

Usually import process takes four simple steps:
 

  • you click “Import PDF” in the left admin menu of your WordPress admin dashboard.
  • then check checkbox “Enable import” at the top of the PDF Import screen.
  • then add PDF file with the button “Add or Upload file”.
  • then click “Save” and wait until the page will be reloaded.

After that you should see notification, that the import has been started (or the error will occur in some cases).
 
If you followed the same steps and import didn’t start, please let me know.
