I’m trying to import a multi-page pdf with hyperlinks, but it just churns and never imports, and finally ends with a Server 500 error. I can import smaller pdfs with no hyperlinks just fine.
I’ve deactivated all plugins but yours, and even switched themes to 2012 to no avail. Still won’t import. Can I send you the PDF in question? Would that help?

Hello, yes sure, you can send us PDF to test. If you successfully imported smaller PDFs then I believe there could be memory issue. Also you can try to change “JPEG compression quality” and “JPEG resolution” import settings to lower values and try again.
