Hi, I\’m no longer able to import PDF\’s of any kind, including the google report.
Some attempts return:
[pdf-light-viewer] shortcode cannot be rendered due to the error: No converted pages found.
If PDF has been already converted, then probably there were some errors during the import. Please check plugin error log on the settings page and your site error log for errors.

Most of the time,the following is returned:

HTTP ERROR 500
No details are available — \”diagnose errors\” says no errors detected
Today\’s log file reads:
Today\'s log file doesn\'t exist

Hello Jessica, may I ask you for temporary access to the dashboard to see what’s happening there? If this is not possible, please let me know what is in your server error_log ( http://www.liquidweb.com/kb/locations-of-common-log-files-on-cpanel-servers/ ). Thanks for your help
