Hello,
 
I have two problem with the plugin.

  1. when i upload some PDF it works perfectly but with other PDF i have an error 500. I don’t know if it’s ghostscript is the problem. How can I do to know what’s the problem?
  2. The Pdf on mobile device is very smaller and I can’t read it. I don’t know how can i fix it. In this topic https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/q/pdf-viewer-responsive-version-coming/ you said that the responsive design works but not in my case.

Thank you for your message.

Regarding #1 – could you please send us PDF which is failed to import to the support@teamlead.pw ? Also could you please check your server error log to see the error which caused 500 error. Some starter info you can find here: https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/dwkb/500-server-error/

Regarding #2 – Could you please check the demo on the video https://youtu.be/zB1Im7JMZ94 ? Does the plugin look similar on your site?
