Two months ago I asked for support https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/q/support-request-plugin-pdf-light-viewer-pro-addon-can-not-make-text-searchable-trying-to-access-array-errors/ and then tried to follow up but could not (see https://support.wp.teamlead.pw/q/cant-follow-up-on-reply/) — I see you recently answered other questions since then, so maybe I can get answers now?
Apparently I need to be able to log in to follow up on your questions, but registraton doesn’t work either. What do we do?

Finally, today (17 Mar, 2021) I got an email with access info. I’ll go back to the actual problem report and see if we can move it forward now.
