When I want to install the pro version I get following message “Are you sure you want to do this” “try again”. I tried installing it on another website and it worked. But at this website (even if I started all over again) it gives this message.

Hello Katrien,
Please let me know the file name which you’re trying to upload.
On Codecanyon you have two options – the plugin and all files. All files also contain zip archive with both main free version and paid Pro Addon. Also there is zip archive with Pro Addon separately.
If you’re trying to install it via wordpress Plugin section you should use zip archive of Pro Addon and Main plugin you could upload via FTP or your server File Manager; alternatively you could install Main plugin from the wordpress.org directory – https://wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-light-viewer/
