Why can't display fullscreen in ipad min?

I found out that the fullscreen button can’t display in ipad  min, other device is ok.

Hello Vic,
If you use Safari on iPad then it doesn’t support fullscreen API yet ( http://caniuse.com/#search=fullscreen ). That’s why the button isn’t displayed.
