If you use main PDF Light Viewer plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-light-viewer/ ) then it has no PDF permalinks for default. You can add them manually via code changes or some plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/
Also permalinks are included in PRO Addon ( https://codecanyon.net/item/pdf-light-viewer-pro-addon/14089505 ).
If you are already using PRO Addon and permalinks not shown, probably you’ll need to turn on the following setting: http://nimb.ws/stfPKJ
With main free version of the plugin you can also show PDFs by inserting their shortcodes into the wordpress posts or pages – search for “Shortcode” in the docs http://pdf-light-viewer.wp.teamlead.pw/wp-content/plugins/pdf-light-viewer/documentation/index.html#use
