Error importing pdf: FailedToExecuteCommand

QuestionsCategory: PDF Light ViewerError importing pdf: FailedToExecuteCommand

I have a recurring error with some of the pdf I try to publish using PDF Light Viewer.
The workflow I’m using is the same for almost all of the pdf I have published on my website: Export a Keynote presentation as a pdf -> Upload to the website -> Import using PDF Light Viewer
For a couple of pdfs, I’m having the following error:

Uncaught exception: FailedToExecuteCommand `”gs” -q -dQUIET -dSAFER -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -dNOPROMPT -dMaxBitmap=500000000 -dAlignToPixels=0 -dGridFitTT=2 “-sDEVICE=pam” -dTextAlphaBits=4 -dGraphicsAlphaBits=4 “-r72x72” -dUseCIEColor “-sOutputFile=/tmp/magick-5370NdrwueTVLEt%d” “-f/tmp/magick-537J7uPH4rdCkGW” “-f/tmp/magick-537jKeRklcpZbrp”‘ (-1) @ error/delegate.c/ExternalDelegateCommand/461

I’ve seen here that someone else had the problem before, but the link provided then by the support is broken.
Can you help me on this? Thanks in advance!

Hello Michael, the issue could be in the underlying library called GhostScript. Maybe some data in the PDF cannot be converted by version which you have on your server. If possible, please share example PDF document with us so we can test it on our side.
