Website is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP Error 500. I keep getting this error when I try to import a new PDF; I remember this plugin working fine couple of months before. Not sure what’s changed. I already tried disabling all the plugins to check – no changes, still the same error. My php memory limit is enhanced to the maximum, so it’s definitely not a memory issue. Any ideas?

Hello Digital Factory, please first check error_log of your site which should contain detailed message for the 500 error. Please let me know what is the error. Also if possible send example PDF so I could test it on our side. For test you could also try to import some Google’s PDF, for example https://abc.xyz/investor/pdf/2015Q1_google_earnings_slides.pdf
