currently i am using wordpress version 4.6 my server is supported all things that needed for plugin like ghost script image graphic extension php but pdf convert process is not working getting unexpected error

Hello dhaval,

To dig into the problem I’ll need to know the actual error. Please find additional information in the plugin’s log on the settings page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pdf-light-viewer right after the import. Also please check you site’s error log ( for example in cPanel it could be found by using the following tutorial http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/stats-logging/how-to-view-cpanel-error-logs )

If possible, please share PDF example so we could test it on our side.
